Andrea Bailey is one of the first Black women elected as County Supervisors to the Prince William Board of County Supervisors. Elected in 2019, she has focused on housing accessibility, public health, transportation, and economic investment in Prince William County. Her efforts include promoting affordable and workforce housing, passing the county’s first Collective Bargaining Ordinance, securing $90 million for transportation projects, and obtaining $11.9 million for the county’s first Crisis Receiving Center for Mental Health.
